Replaces the link bbcode of e107 to present external links as javascript with alert message. The idea is to warn visitors when they click links that take them away from the site.

So far, this only works for link bbcode items. As such, urls posted without any link bbcode tag around them will not present the alert message.

I plan on addressing this issue as well as integrating this with the links_page plugin. I believe there is likely an easy way to apply this globally without the need to hack each piece of script that generates links.
